About Plot Roast

Too often a movie or a series is great right up until the ending ruins it. Plot Roast exists so you can find out before you spend the evening, or the next three years. People who have watched it answer one question: did it end well?

How the score works

• Each person gets one vote per movie, series or season: yes or no. You can change or remove it any time.
• The ending score is the share of voters who said yes.
• A title gets a verdict once it has 5 votes: Ends well at 70% or more, Divided from 36% to 69%, and Bad ending at 35% or less.
• TV shows get a vote for the series ending and a separate vote for each season's finale. Shows and seasons still on the air can be voted on as they go, and you can change your vote after the finale.
• Voting opens on a movie's release day, or when a show or season premieres.
